Every new order is reviewed and a proof is provided by our Design Team. You may cancel or edit anytime prior to proof approval. Once produced orders are not refundable unless due to printer error.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible in the order they are entered into the production queue and are typically delivered overnight anywhere in the UK.
We can try our best to accommodate expedited production at no additional cost upon request, however, we can’t guarantee delivery under three weeks.
Custom printed orders are fully refundable until your digital proof is approved. There are no additional charges for edits or revisions but once approved sales are considered final.
We offer free samples and our designers are always eager to help with editing, layout, and friendly advice during the proofing process. Once production begins, however, changes may not be possible or may result in additional fees and/or delays.
If a refund is necessary, you should expect to receive your refund within a week depending on your financial institution.
After 30 days from receipt refunds or reprints are offered solely at management’s discretion.
